Dental Treatment at Er Dental Clinic
Er Dental Clinic is a dental clinic in Esenyurt, Istanbul, for local and international patients. This page brings all of our treatments together in one place, so you can see what we offer and go straight to the guide that matches your situation.
Treatments are grouped into seven areas, from replacing lost teeth to routine care. Alongside them you will find guides to common dental conditions, written for patients who know what the problem is but not yet which treatment it calls for. Whichever page you start from, the final choice is made with a dentist after your mouth, X-rays and medical history have been assessed.
If you would like a dentist's view before choosing, you can send photos for a free online consultation, and our price list shows clinic-direct prices for the main treatments and packages.

If you already know the treatment you are interested in, open its guide from the list above. Each one explains the options within that area, who they suit, how treatment is planned and what to expect afterwards.
If you are starting from a problem rather than a treatment, begin with the condition guides further down this page. A gap left by a lost tooth, for example, can be filled with an implant, a bridge or a denture, and the condition guide sets out how these compare before you go into the detail of any one of them.
Some plans combine several areas. A smile makeover may bring veneers, crowns and whitening together, and full-arch implant treatment may need extractions or bone grafting first. In these cases your dentist puts the steps in order in a single written plan.
Common Dental Problems and Where to Start
Most first messages we receive are about a small number of problems: gaps left by lost teeth, teeth that are chipped, cracked or worn down, and dentures that no longer fit well. Others are concerned about the colour or shape of their teeth, a gap between the front teeth, or how much gum shows when they smile.
Some problems are less visible at first. Grinding or clenching at night can wear teeth down and cause jaw discomfort, decay may not hurt until it is quite deep, and bone loss after teeth are lost can affect which replacement options are possible. If you recognise one of these, the matching condition guide below explains the usual causes and the treatments your dentist may discuss.

Each condition guide explains what causes the problem, how it is assessed and which treatments are usually considered.

Within each area there are several treatment options. Replacing lost teeth ranges from a single implant to fixed full-arch solutions such as All-on-4 and All-on-6, as well as bridges and dentures for patients who are not planning implant surgery. Restoring damaged teeth usually involves crowns, inlays, onlays or fillings, depending on how much of the tooth is left. Cosmetic treatment covers veneers in several materials, professional whitening and combined smile makeover plans, while general dentistry includes check-ups, cleaning, root canal treatment, extractions and night guards.
Materials and systems used at our clinic include Straumann and Nobel Biocare implants, zirconia and E-max ceramics, and digital planning with CBCT scans and 3Shape intraoral scanning. Which of them is used in your case depends on the clinical findings and is written into your treatment plan.
Which Treatment Is Right for Me?
There is rarely a single answer that fits everyone. The right option depends on how many teeth are affected, the condition of your gums and jawbone, your bite, your general health and what you want the result to look like. Two patients with the same gap may be offered different solutions: one may have enough bone for an implant, while another may need bone grafting first or may prefer a bridge.
For choices between materials, the comparison and decision guides linked from each treatment area set out the differences side by side. For your own case, the most reliable next step is an assessment by our dentists, who review your X-rays and photos and explain the options that apply to you, including their limitations.
Assessment Before Treatment
Every treatment starts with an assessment. If you live abroad, you can begin with a free online consultation: you send photos of your teeth and any recent X-rays, and our dentists reply with a written treatment plan and quote. This lets you understand the proposed treatment and compare options before you decide to travel.
At the clinic, the plan is confirmed with a clinical examination and panoramic X-rays, and implant treatment is planned on a CBCT 3D scan. If the examination shows something different from what the photos suggested, your dentist explains the change and its effect on the plan before treatment begins. Our price list shows how quotes are structured for the main treatments and packages.
