Privacy and Cookie Policy
erdentalclinic.com uses Google Tag Manager to measure visits and clicks on links such as phone, e-mail and WhatsApp. Google's analytics and advertising cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner; rejecting them does not affect the site. Clinic and patient videos are served from the site's own server and set no cookies.
In short
- The site's own code sets no cookies; it only saves your choice in the cookie banner (accept or reject) in your browser's local storage (localStorage). When you send the consultation form, the prepared WhatsApp message is kept in your browser's temporary storage (sessionStorage) only while that tab stays open, so you can reopen it if WhatsApp does not open.
- Google Tag Manager is used to measure visits and clicks on links such as phone, e-mail and WhatsApp. Google's analytics and advertising cookies run only if you choose "Accept".
- The Meta Pixel, which measures Facebook and Instagram advertising, is loaded only if you choose "Accept"; otherwise no request is sent to Meta.
- You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
- Fonts are served from the site's own server; no request is made to an external service such as Google Fonts.
- The name, telephone number and message you type into the consultation form and the interactive tools are never sent to measurement tools. If you choose "Send my request", the form is sent to our server only to be e-mailed to the clinic and is not stored there; answers given in interactive tools stay in your browser.

Forms and interactive tools
The answers you give to tools such as the Treatment Finder are processed only in your browser. What you write in the consultation form stays in your browser until you send it: "Send my request" delivers it to the clinic by e-mail through our server (without storing it there), and "Send via WhatsApp" turns it into a WhatsApp message that reaches the clinic through WhatsApp. How that data is processed is explained in the Privacy Notice, and sharing health information over WhatsApp is covered by the Explicit Consent page.
External links
The site links to external services such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp. When you follow one of these links you move to that service's own site, where its own privacy and cookie policy applies.
Managing your cookie preferences
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, measurement cookies are no longer used and the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies set on this site's domain are deleted from your browser.
You can also view, delete or completely block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not affect how the site works.
Changes and contact
